Call for Abstracts
We warmly invite participants to submit abstracts for presentation at the 1st International Summer School of Medical Law named after Dr. Stefan Poździoch, taking place in Kraków, July 7–11, 2025.
We welcome contributions from a broad range of disciplines, including legal scholars, practitioners, health professionals, ethicists, and policymakers. Submissions from young researchers and early-career professionals are especially encouraged.
Abstracts should address one or more of the Summer School’s main topics of lectures and discussions.
We are equally open to practical perspectives, case studies, and innovative approaches to teaching and regulation in medical law.
Abstract submission guidelines
- Abstracts should be between 250 and 500 words.
- Please submit your abstract by email to: fundacja@fzp.com.pl
- Submission deadline: May 30, 2025 (midnight CET)
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notifications of acceptance will be sent by June 10, 2025
We look forward to receiving your submissions and to a week of rich academic dialogue in the heart of Kraków.
Participation conditions and requirements:
The Participant is obliged to pay the conference participation fee according to the following price list:
- Early bird registration: 1000 PLN (250 EUR)
- Early bird registration for young scholars (students, Ph.D. students): 600 PLN (140 EUR)
Early bird registration starts on 1st May 2025 and closes at midnight on Friday, 31st May 2025 (CET).
- Standard registration: 1300 PLN (300 EUR)
- Standard registration for young scholars: 800 PLN (180 EUR)
The fee includes: a conference bag, lunches and coffee breaks, dinner, and conference materials.
Accommodation and travel costs must be covered individually by each participant.
